Homecoming

It was already dark by the time we reached town. We were driving since the past one and half hours and silence sat between us like a truce. Lil Doe slept throughout the journey giving us plenty of time to prep ourselves for what lay ahead. I had rehearsed this scene a million times in a million different ways and yet the butterflies in my stomach wouldn't stop fluttering. I looked at John as he was driving, focused on the road, but I could sense the holocaust in this mind.

4 years! 4 years since we got married, against all odds. 
4 years since he has seen or heard from his parents or sister. 
4 years of being detached from the whole family - For choosing me over them!

And... We are Back! *BOOM*

And this time, it is for real...

Trust me! We promise to be regular hereafter!

1. For starters, we got a new URL!
Yay! We have been planning this for ages, but we were worried about more (trivial!) things like the Alexa Rank etc. Now that this blog was anyway as good as dead...

Since I did not get you anything for this anniversary (Sorry!), I will let you in on a little secret - I started this blog for You! You always have made fun of me for being Public-Display-of-Affection-Challenged. So, this was secretly my way of telling the world how much you meant to me!

So, I decided that the best gift I can give you is to revive our blog... And that's just what I plan to (FINALLY!) do for you this year!
